The Conflict of Interest Regulations are issued by IFAF pursuant to the IFAF Statutes and in accordance with the Basic Universal Principles of Good Governance within the Olympic Movement, with the purpose to establish regulations concerning actual, potential and/or perceived conflicts of interest.
The IFAF Conflict of Interest Regulations set out the International Federation of American Football’s procedures for identifying and managing actual, potential and/or perceived conflicts of interests or duty affecting all persons involved in the administration and running of IFAF.
