Welcome to Monica,

Monica E. JHON is currently a student in M1 masters sports management at Université Paris-Saclay. Before moving to France, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in journalism, sports and media with a minor in psychology at the University of Florida. She has joined IFAF as a communication and press relation assistant intern.

“I have always wanted to travel, but the time was scarce because of all the things that I was doing in the U.S. The idea behind coming to France was to experience different cultures and recognize the differences in them in comparison to the U.S and Haiti and learn from them. When I was in the States, I learned to enjoy American Football. Joining IFAF will allow me I to see and experience how other nations experience it. During my 6-month internship, I hope to acquire as many skills as possible while experiencing American football on an international level”.

“This internship will also allow me to broaden my horizon as I will travel with the crew for The World Games 2022 in Birmingham, Alabama and the 2022 IFAF Women's World Championship in Finland. I cannot wait to immerse in this new role with the crew”.
