Argentina’s men and Colombia’s women are the top seeds heading into Sunday’s semifinals at the 2026 South American Regional Flag Football Championship in Colombia after the group stages were concluded on Saturday.

A place in the Men’s Gold Medal Game at 6pm on June 28 and the Women’s Gold Medal Game at 7.15pm is the target for all five nations who are still in contention on the final day at Cancha de Fútbol Marte No. 1 in Medellín.

In the men’s tournament Venezuela (1-3) or Chile (0-4) will meet again for the right to face Argentina (4-0) in the semifinals having met in the group stages on Saturday when Venezuela triumphed 20-12. Colombia (3-1) and Brazil (2-2) meet in the other final four match up with Brazil seeking to avenge a narrow one-point loss when the teams last met.

The host nation leads the women’s tournament as they did after Friday’s action and Colombia (4-0) will face either Chile (1-3) or a Venezuela (0-4) team seeking its first win having lost 12-6 to Chile (1-3) on Saturday. Brazil (3-1) faces Argentina (2-2) in the other final four matchup having already beaten their rival 20-13 in group action.
