The flag football national teams of Chile took part in a high-level training session focused on fair play and compliance alongside the Comisión Nacional de Control de Dopaje de Chile to meet international regulations established by the Agencia Mundial Antidopaje.
The initiative addressed anti-doping control and directly conneced the Federación Deportiva Nacional Chilena de Fútbol Americano (FDNFA) with the nation’s development of Olympic sports and the pathway to high performance. This brings the FDNFA athletes in compliance the necessary standards on the road to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.
“It was a practical and interactive training session, where participants learned firsthand how doping control is conducted,” said FDNFA president Monica Saldías. “We continue moving forward with conviction: Chile plays clean, with top-level training and a strong commitment to the comprehensive development of its athletes, aligned with the highest standards of global sport.
“This type of preparation is essential, as it not only strengthens athletic performance, but also develops well-rounded athletes who are aware of their responsibilities and the role they play in high-level sport.”
