During the buildup to the 2025 Euro Flag 2025, IFAF has posed three questions to some of the head coaches of the men’s and women’s teams who are about to compete for continental glory.
France women’s head coach Jessy Randria took over the team this year having previously been the team’s defensive coach wince 2023. He was the offensive coach of Taureaux Ronchin (2008 to 2015) before taking the team’s defensive reins (2015 to 2022). He has been an assistant coach for the men's national team, and head coach since 2024 of the Cobras de Mons en Baroeuil.
What are the goals for your team in this tournament?
We want to have a good tournament (at home!) and confirm France's place on the international flag football stage.
What will be the strengths of your team and which players should we watch for?
Our team is united and has great cohesion.
What do you think of the group you have been drawn into?
We are looking forward to playing each of these teams. We expect great confrontations, especially against Spain, a team against which the games are of great intensity.
